No. Tapping opens a web page, and that page has buttons to save you to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or their contacts. Our app is optional — it's for people who want to collect cards and manage several profiles.
Every card carries a QR code as well. Any phone camera from the last decade reads it, and it lands on the same page.
Yes, and that's the point. The card stores a link, not your details. Change your job tomorrow and the same card points somewhere new — including for people who already saved you to their wallet.
The card is passive NFC, so there's no battery, no pairing and no region lock. We ship to most of North America, Europe and Oceania.
